Mary A. Lyon-Kepler

Mary A. Lyon-Kepler, 91, of Kane, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2010 at the Sena-Kean Manor, Smethport.
She was born on June 5, 1919 in Kane, a daughter of the late Dominic, Sr. and Grace Tornatora Vito.
She was employed by the former Shirt Factory in Kane for a number of years and by the former Anderson Bar as a waitress from 1969-1970.
She is survived by five sons, Gene (Luella) Vito, Albion, Pa., Robert (Pam) Lyon, Indianapolis, Ind., William (Ramona) Lyon, LaJara, N.M., Thomas (Carole) Lyon, Erie, Pa., Richard (Julie) Lyon, Kane; one daughter, Grace (Terry) Yasurek, Kane; three brothers, Frank (Bonnie) Vito, New Mexico, James (Sharline) Vito, Kane, Anthony Vito, Levittown, Pa.; 20 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, one great great-granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by three brothers, Pat Vito, Theodore Vito and Dominic Vito Jr.; and two sisters, Dorothy Visciz-Vito, and Anne Leghton-Vito.
At the family’s request there will be no visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions in her memory can be made to the VFW Post #1132, 95 Wetmore Ave., and Ladies Auxiliary in Kane, PA  16735.
