Ted Lutz Hannah Wise (center), Miss Port Allegany, was crowned Monday evening as the McKean County Fair queen. Lea Earley (left), the reigning Miss Kane High, was one of five contestants in the Queen Contest at the fair. Earley is the daughter of Frank and Elaine Alcorn of Mt. Jewett and Raymond Earley of Ellicottville, N.Y. Lauren Stratton (right) of Smethport was named as the first runner-up in the Queen Contest.
