Natasha L. “Tasha” Mattis

Natasha L. “Tasha” Mattis, 25, of 106 Pine Ave., passed away Thursday, Nov. 17, 2011.
Born Sept. 15, 1986, in Kane, she was a daughter of Ronald and Angela Asp Mattis.
Tasha was a student at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. She was a member of St. Callistus Catholic Church.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are a brother, Dillon Mattis of Kane; her maternal grandmother, Carol Asp of Kane; her paternal grandmother, Mary Mattis of Kane; two uncles, Tom Asp of Kane and Rob Asp of Wilmington, N.C.; two aunts, Rosemary Swanson of Kane and Elizabeth Gabriel of Blooming Valley; and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Richard Asp, and her paternal grandfather, Paul Mattis.
A Mass of Christian Burial, with the Rev. Philip Pinczewski officiating, will be celebrated privately at St. Callistus Church. Burial will be at St. Callistus Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 28 Fraley St., Kane, PA 16735 or St. Callistus Religious Education Fund, 342 Chase St., Kane, PA 16735.
