New water line in Kane

Ted Lutz The Pennsylvania American Water Company is installing new water lines in Kane. This work is for a new water line on West Hemlock Avenue. Mealy Construction of Tionesta is the contractor for the project on the north side of the street. A new water line also is being installed on South Fraley Street between Spruce Street and Pine Avenue. Large trees in the utility right-of-way on the east side of South Fraley Street already have been removed in preparation for the installation of the new water line.
