Parents who pick up students need name tags

Parents who pick up their children after class at the Kane Elementary School must have school-issued student name tags.
Linda Lorenzo, the principal at the elementary school, said Thursday that parents without student name tags won't be able to pick up their children.
Classes resume Tuesday in the Kane Area School District.
School-issued name tags were issued Thursday during orientation for students in first through fifth grades at the elementary school. Kindergarten orientation was held Wednesday.
Here are steps to follow under the "parent pick-up procedures:"
*Display the student name tags inside the vehicle arriving to pick up children. Lorenzo said the "best place" for the name tags is on the visor on the passenger side of the vehicle.
