Patricia J. Schuster, 70, of 527 Bayard St., died Saturday, July 23, 2011, at Kane Community Hospital.
Born Jan. 16, 1941, in Kane, she was a daughter of Oliver and Ethel Peterson Hulings. On Sept. 5, 1959, in Kane, she married George Schuster who survives.
Mrs. Schuster retired from the Bradford Nursing Pavillion where she was employed  as a licensed practical nurse. Prior to that, she had worked at Pinecrest Nursing Home in St. Marys.
She was a member of St. Callistus Catholic Church.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a son, George Schuster of Kane; two daughters, Cynthia Cecchetti and Rebecca (Daniel) Farnsworth, both of Kane; a brother, Edward Hulings of Kane; three sisters, Linda (Roger) McNany of Kane, Barbara (Gus) Rostan of Fayetteville, N.C. and Carol Hassek, also of Fayetteville; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, was a sister, Joyce Woods.
Visitation will be private. Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the church hall at St. Callistus Church with The Rev. Philip Pinczewski, pastor, as celebrant. Entombment will be at St. Callistus Cemetery.
