R. James "Jim" Long

R. James "Jim" Long died on Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2010, age 67, of Penn Hills, formerly of West Newton; beloved husband of Mary M. Joyce "Peggy"; loving father of Richard Long (Maggie) and Paul Long; brother of Barbara Wool (Mick), Richard Long (Marie) and Carol Mumau (Ralph); and also six grandchildren and several nieces.
Jim served aboard the USS Intrepid in the Navy and was retired from Mellon Bank.
Friends were received Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Charles W. Trenz Funeral Home, Inc., 11110 Frankstown Rd., Penn Hills.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held today at 10 a.m. at St. Susanna Church.
