Ted Lutz This inflatable "scary" motorcycle rider is part of a large outside Halloween display at 215 Haines St. in Kane. "Trick or treat" times in Kane will be Wednesday, Oct. 31 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Residents are encouraged to turn on their porch lights to welcome costumed children to their door.
