Replacing a storm drain

Ted Lutz The Kane borough Streets Department is replacing a 24-inch storm drain. Rick Powell Excavation is providing the backhoe for the project, which will extend a storm drain from the vicinity of a building at the rear of Dangelo's Auto Body on North Fraley Street to link with an existing line that runs beneath Fraley Street.
The project will cover a distance of about 100 feet.
