Ronald H. Davidson

Ronald H. Davidson, 85, formerly of Buffalo, N.Y., passed away Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, at the Corry Manor.
Born April 29, 1927, in Bradford, he was a son of the late Henry and Nora M. Black Davidson. 
Before his retirement, Mr. Davidson was employed by Allied Van Lines and owned Ron’s Delivery Service.
During World War II, he served in Italy with the U.S. Army in Company C, 349th Infantry.
Surviving are a sister, Jeanne (John) Verolini of Kushequa;  two nieces, Sally (Ken) Bernhard of Corry and Debbie (Steve) Wilner of Bristow, Va.; a great nephew, John Bernhard of Mt. Jewett; a great niece, Amy Bernhard of Corry; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death, besides his parents, by a twin brother, Robert H. Davidson in 1927; and his companion and caregiver, Janice Incardona.
Friends will be received Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Cummings Funeral Home, Inc. in Mt. Jewett where a funeral service, with military honors, will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Dr. Darrel Justh, Lutheran minister, officiating. Burial will be at Nebo Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
