Ted Lutz Kelsey Carlson (left) and Ariel Brinkley (right) are the 2012 recipients of the Steve Jerman Memorial Scholarship. Each recipient will receive a $1,000 scholarship. The graduating seniors received the scholarship last month at the Kane High School commencement. The award is named for Kane Police Officer Steve Jerman, who was killed in the line of duty in 1999.
