Louise M. Lynch, 91, of 612 North Fraley Street, died on Thursday, March 11, 2010, at Kane Community Hospital. She was born on March 5, 1919, in Crossingville, daughter of John F. and Carrie Carr Coughlin. On June 7, 1941, in Erie, she married Robert L. Lynch who survives. She was a licensed practical nurse and had worked at Erie Osteopathic Hospital, Burkes Nursing Home in Girard and Pleasant Ridge Manor. She also was a member of the State Nurse’s Association. She was a devoted homemaker and wife who enjoyed crocheting and loved to fish. She and her husband had lived in Florida for 30 years and returned here 5 years ago. She is survived by her husband; a son, Robert T. (Judy) Lynch of Sheffield; a daughter, Nancy E. (Robert) Bloch of Charlotte, Vt.; two granddaughters, Jamie Holloway and Jackie Barbieri; three great-grandchildren, Austin, Nathan and Calyssa; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Ruth Mason and Jane Niebauer; three brothers, Francis Coughlin, Robert Coughlin and James Coughlin; and a granddaughter, Lori Schooley . Friends may attend a memorial service at 1 p.m. on Sunday at the Cummings Funeral Home Inc. with The Rev. W. Craig Smith and The Rev. David Pflieger co-officiating.
