Brittany Peterson was selected Saturday night as the queen of the Junior-Senior Prom at Kane Area High School. Kenny Kane was chosen as the prom king. Both are seniors. Peterson is the daughter of Scott and Karly Peterson of 7 Poplar St., Mt. Jewett. Kane is the son of Ken and Ann Kane of 103 Tionesta Ave., Kane. "Come Away With Me" was the theme for the annual prom. About 145 students attended the prom in the decorated gym at the high school.
