William M. Walton

William M. Walton, 65, of Highland, near Kane, died Sunday, April 3, 2011 at Hamot Medical Center in Erie.
Born Jan. 28, 1946 in Marienville, he was the son of James H. and Alice C. Irwin Walton. 
He was a self-employed in scrap metal recycling for over 40 years.
Surviving are his fiancé, Donna Swanson, with whom he lived; two sons, Joseph Walton of Sheffield and William Walton of Kane; two daughters, Kathy Walton and Christine Anderson, both of Warren; a brother, Gary Walton of Kane; and a sister, Betty Walton of Rochester, N.Y. Five grandchildren also survive.
He was preceded in death, besides his parents, by 12 brothers.
Friends may call on Thursday at the Ronald McDonald II Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m., at which time a service will be held there with the rev. David Pflieger, chaplain of The Lutheran Home at Kane, officiating.  Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Kane.
