Wolves come up just short against Karns City for district title

The Gremlins scored the winning touchdown with just 12 seconds remaining in the game to capture the District 9 Class AA crown. The Wolves ended their season just a game short of the PIAA playoffs.

CLARION – For the second straight week, the Wolves jumped out to an early 14-0 lead. For the second straight week, Kane’s opponent rallied to go ahead late in the fourth quarter. For the second straight week, the Wolves offense methodically marched down the field to score the go-ahead touchdown late in the game.
