Wolves look to rebound against Terror

September 13, 2012

Photo by Michelle Palmer – Pictured above is Kane's John English, shown running the ball in the Wolves junior varsity game this past Monday. English scored a touchdown in the game, but the Wolves came up just short, losing 21-20.

The Kane Wolves’ football team will try to rebound Friday from last week’s 46-13 loss at the hands of the Port Allegany Gators.
The Wolves will play Otto-Eldred on the road Friday night in Duke Center.
The Terrors are coached by Virgil Graham, now in his third year at the helm. Local football fans may remember the name. He is the same Virgil Graham that set the record for touchdowns scored in the Don Raabe Big 30 Classic back in 2005, with five. Graham’s teams were 2-8 each of the past two years, but the young coach is optimistic about this year’s squad.
