The Wolves lost to Cameron County in the opening round of the Sheffield Sports Boosters' Holiday Tournament. Kane will play in the consolation game tonight at 6 p.m. against the loser of Thursday's game between Sheffield and Youngsville.

The Kane Wolves lost to Cameron County by 15 points last week in their final game before the holiday break. The Wolves took on the same Red Raider squad in the opening game of Thursday’s Sheffield Sports Boosters’ Holiday Tournament, but this time the Kane squad gave the team from Emporium all they could handle. While Kane coach Brian Wymer’s squad lost to Cameron County by a score of 64-55, the game was a one-point contest into the fourth quarter.
