Jordan hooked up with teammate Jeff Kocjancic for two touchdown passes, one with just 3:08 left in the game to lead Kane to victory. Giving Jordan time to throw are Jamie Lingenfelter (45), Hunter Jackovitz (66) and Jonah Smith (28).
