Woody debris is removed from Evergreen Park in Kane

Photo by Ted Lutz – A large loader is used Monday during a wood debris removal operation at Evergreen Park in Kane. The debris includes stumps and woody material from 90 dead and dying trees removed late last month by New Growth Resources of Kane.
New Growth Resources, Inc. of Kane late last month removed 90 dead and dying trees from Evergreen Park in the borough as a community service.
Company workers returned Monday to remove stumps and other woody debris to prepare the park for new trees.
