Snow coming to Kane area won't match Northeast

February 8, 2013

Photo by Ted Lutz – This loader at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) base on Route 6 east of Kane is ready for today's snowstorm. The loader places anti-skid material on PennDOT trucks, which maintain about 80 miles of state highways in the Kane area.

A significant snowfall is expected through today in the Kane area.
The snow depth, however, won't match what's predicted for the Northeast from Winter Storm Nemo.
