The Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) of Bradford began a four-week anti-bullying program Thursday at the Kane Area Community Center. Jill Alane Moore (left), a representative of the YWCA Victims' Resource Center, is presenting the free program for students and their parents. Michelle Palmer (right) is the executive director of the community center. During the four classes, students will be led through activities to help them understand that bullying is not proper conduct. The classes begin at 3:15 p.m. every Thursday in February at the community center.
