KAMS volleyball teams defeat Elk County Catholic

Photo submitted – The Kane Middle School's volleyball teams opened their seasons last Saturday at the Brockway Tournament. The eighth grade girls finished match play with a record of 5-1 while the seventh grade team finished the day with a perfect 6-0 record. The Kane Middle School’s seventh and eighth grade volleyball teams improved their records to 2-0 with wins over Elk County Catholic Tuesday night. The eighth grade team struggled early, losing the first match of the evening 25-18, but soon got their footing and won the final three matches of the evening with scores of 25-22, 25-21, and 25-17.
