KAMS volleyball teams defeat Elk County Catholic

Photo submitted – The Kane Middle School's volleyball teams opened their seasons last Saturday at the Brockway Tournament. The eighth grade girls finished match play with a record of 5-1 while the seventh grade team finished the day with a perfect 6-0 record. Pictured during one of the eighth grade matches are, from left to right, Jordan Race, Camryn Cummings, and Kiley Kinney.

The Kane Middle School’s seventh and eighth grade volleyball teams improved their records to 2-0 with wins over Elk County Catholic Tuesday night. The eighth grade team struggled early, losing the first match of the evening 25-18, but soon got their footing and won the final three matches of the evening with scores of 25-22, 25-21, and 25-17.
