Kane Lady Wolves are ready for state playoffs

March 7, 2013

Photo by Amy Geer – The Kane Lady Wolves girls basketball team will play Friday night in the first round of the Class AA state playoffs. Kane meets Seton-LaSalle of suburban Pittsburgh in a game at North Allegheny High School in Wexford. Tipoff is at 6 p.m.

It's been an unprecedented great run for the seven seniors on the Kane High School girls basketball team.
In the past four seasons, the Lady Wolves have won 84 games. That's the most ever over a four-year period for the girls basketball program, according to Kane coach Dave Kiehl.
