Kane council adopts 'tobacco-free' parks

The North Central Pennsylvania Tobacco Control Coalition will provide "Young Lungs At Play" signs to designate Kane borough parks as "tobacco-free" zones. The Kane Borough Council voted 4-2 Monday to adopt a policy to ban smoking and tobacco use in borough parks.
