Gary L. Fay, 66, of 421 North Tionesta Ave., Kane, died Saturday evening, March 16, 2013 at his residence after a long illness.
Born April 11, 1946 in Kane, he was the son of Lyle and Nellie Kemp Fay.
Mr. Fay was disabled due to an automobile accident in 1964 at the age of 18. He was a member of St. Callistus Catholic Church in Kane.
He is survived by a sister, Linda Anderson of Kane, and nieces and nephews Michelle (Tom) Anthony and Todd and Brett Anderson.
Preceding him in death, besides his parents, was a brother, Richard Fay.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until 10:50 a.m. in The Gathering Space in St. Callistus Catholic Church, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. with Father Philip Pinczewski, pastor, as Celebrant. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Callistus Education Fund, 342 Chase St., Kane, PA 16735.

Friends may call from 10 to 10:50 a.m. in the Gathering Space in St. Callistus Catholic Church, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Philip Pinczewski, pastor, as celebrant. Internment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Ronald McDonald II Funeral Home, Inc.
