Marguerite Trubic

Marguerite Trubic, 87, of 114 Surf  Dr., Butler, and formerly of Kane, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2013 at Sunny View Nursing Home in Butler.
Born April 5, 1926, in Kane, she was a daughter of  the late Leo and Marguerite McKenna.
Mrs. Trubic resided in Kane for most of her life, living on Biddle Street. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed at Westinghouse.
She was a member of  St. Callistus Catholic Church and belonged to the CD of A Court Callistus #66.
Surviving are two sons, Stephen (Tricia) Trubic of Butler and Paul Trubic of Avoca, N.Y.; five grandsons; three granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Joyce Maljovec of Kane; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death, besides her parents, are one brother and one sister.
Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday in the gathering space at St. Callistus Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Philip Pinczewski, pastor, as celebrant. Burial will be at St. Callistus Cemetery.
The Cummings Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
