Nicholson takes fourth in state in javelin

Morgan Nicholson is all smiles after being awarded with her PIAA state medal on Saturday. The Lady Wolves' junior took fourth place in the javelin with a throw of 132' 10". She also participated in the shot put, as did teammate Taylor Detrick.

SHIPPENSBURG – Kane’s Morgan Nicholson threw the javelin 132’ 10” during Saturday’s PIAA AA Championship Meet at Shippensburg University. The throw placed the Lady Wolves’ junior fourth in the state and earned her a medal. Nicholson also competed in the shot put, which was held immediately after the javelin on Saturday.
