The Kane Area High School held the First Annual Dodge Ball Tournament on Tuesday. The event pitted members from teams made up of six to eight students who participated in a round robin tournament during the day. The top four teams qualified to participate in the finals of the tournament, which was held during a school wide assembly at the end of the day. Nearly 100 KAHS students played in the tournament, which raised approximately $500 to benefit local cancer survivor and KASD employee Brenda Emer.
