Marlys Carmen Adams Perry

Marlys Perry, 68, of Kane, passed away on June 28, 2013, of cancer. 
She was born Jan. 14, 1945, and grew up in California, where she graduated from La Sierra Acadamy in 1963. 
Her greatest joy in life was raising her children. She also enjoyed her career as a traveling nurse. Marlys loved Jesus Christ, was eager to be the person she felt Jesus wanted her to be, and enjoyed sharing her Seventh Day Adventist beliefs with others. She loved travel, the beach, fishing trips, friends, family, and watching her grandchildren participate in sports. 
Marlys was a passionate person who loved to laugh and enjoy life. 
She is survived by her children, Christopher Swafford of Washington, Tradine Harrison of Arizona, Vaunadel Perry of Arizona, Rachelle Jenkins of Arizona, Stephanie Perry Starner of Pennsylvania, and 10 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
