“New look” Wolves ready to tackle 2013 opponents

August 30, 2013

The 2012 Kane Wolves Football team came up just 12 seconds short of a District 9 title in coach Todd Silfies's first year at the helm. The Wolves finished the season with a 7-4 record.
The Wolves' coaching staff must find a few replacements for some key departing seniors. Coach Silfies is hesitant to use the word “replace,” insisting that this is “a new year, a new team and will have a new look.” While there will be a number of new faces in key positions, Silfies does have 12 returning letter winners.
