Olivia Douglas

Olivia Douglas, 12, of 12 Elm St., Eldred, passed away Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013 of injuries sustained in an automobile accident which occurred on U.S. Route 219 north of Lantz Corners.
Born Jan. 23, 2001, in Bradford, she was a daughter of Dan Douglas and Kathy Jenkins Douglas.
Olivia was very active in school and was loved by her many friends. She enjoyed being a cheerleader for  the Otto Eldred Nippers.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her brother, Daniel Douglas of Eldred; her grandfathers, Mike (Linda) Douglas of Duke Center and Kent Jenkins of Kane; her grandmothers, Judy (John) Mix of Duke Center and Sherry Jenkins of Kane; three uncles, Mike (Jen) Douglas of Duke Center,  Matt Tuttle of Rochester, N.Y. and Allen (Cheryl) Jenkins of Roanoke, Va.; three aunts, Amber Douglas of Virginia Beach, Va., Wendi (Kirk) Bator of Bradford and Michelle (Angelo) Costanzo of Kane; six cousins, Caden Douglas, Michael Douglas and Kendra Douglas, all of Duke Center, Angelo Costanzo and Jacob Costanzo of Kane, and Erin Tuttle of Bolivar, N.Y.
Friends and family will be received at the Cummings Funeral Home, Inc. in Kane on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Callistus Catholic Church in Kane. Burial will be at Lamphier Cemetery in Eldred.
A fund has been set up in Olivia's name at the Hamlin Bank in Eldred, PA 16731, by her great great aunt, Marcella Smith.
