Robert L. Fiscus

Robert L. Fiscus, 68, of 415 Haines St., Kane, died Thursday evening, Sept. 26, 2013 in the Kane Community Hospital Emergency Room.
Born Oct. 25, 1944 in Kane, he was the son of Braden E. and Martha E. Marshall Fiscus Sr. On Nov. 9, 1974 in Kane, he married Donna L. Bizzak, who survives.
Mr. Fiscus worked for the U.S. Forest Service in Sheffield for many years, then for Kane Manufacturing for 27 years.
He was a member of St. Callistus Catholic Church in Kane, and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Scott Fiscus of Kane; a daughter, Sheila (Daniel) Hollabaugh of Highland; a brother, David Fiscus of Sheffield; three sisters, Virginia Keene of Warren, Pearl Sutton of Sheffield and Judy Wester in Ohio; plus five grandchildren, Aaron and Breanna Fiscus, Braden Dougherty, and Abby and Owen Hollabaugh. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceding him in death, besides his parents, are brothers Harold Fiscus and Braden "Butch" Fiscus Jr.; and a sister, Mary McCulla.
Friends may call at the Ronald McDonald II Funeral Home, Inc. in Kane on Monday from 6-8 p.m., and may attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. on Tuesday with the Very Rev. Philip Pinczewski, pastor, as Celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Callistus Cemetery, Kane.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to Emergycare, 1701 Sassafras St., Erie, PA  16502.
