Kenneth A. "Wally" McCauley

Kenneth A. "Wally" McCauley, 64, of 130 Greeves St., diedFriday, Oct. 11, 2013 at his residence.
Born April 12, 1949, in Kane, he was a son of Kenneth A. and Joy L. Haese McCauley Sr.
Mr. McCauley was self-employed as an insurance underwriter.
He was a member of Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church and had served on the executive board at the Lutheran Home at Kane for many years and was very involved in fundraising for the Home. 
He enjoyed watching sports, talking politics and spending time with his granddaughter.
Surviving are his daughter, Dana (Norman) Marolt of Lakeline, Ohio; a granddaughter, Marianah Marolt; two brothers, Gary (Paige) McCauley of Martinsburg, W. Va. and Dale McCauley of Kane; two sisters, Lynne (Rick) Sullivan of Hilliards and Alayne (Robert) Jacobs of Eau Claire; and five nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents and a stepson, Ian McCloskey.
Friends and family may attend a memorial service at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Cummings Funeral Home, Inc. with the Rev. David Pflieger officiating.
