Cross-country horse-rider passes through Kane area

Alex McNeil, a New Hampshire native, is riding his horse “Pepper” across the U.S. He recently passed through the Kane area.

McNeil, 37, has ridden a moped across the U.S. He obtained his private pilot’s license and flew a small airplane across the country. This trip included a stop for fuel at the Bradford Regional Airport.
