The Kane Wolves won the Allegheny Mountain League title with a 36-6 win over Sheffield on Friday night at Paul R Miller Stadium. The Wolverines, buoyed by a big contingent of fans that made the 18-mile trip up state Route 6, trailed only 14-0 at the half, but the Wolves were too much for the visitors in the second half and went on to win their fourth league title since 2000.
