Lady Wolves defeat Sheffield in home opener

The Lady Wolves pulled away in the second quarter on their way to posting a 65-37 win over the Lady Wolverines. Kane evened their record at 1-1 on the young season with the win.

The Kane Lady Wolves basketball team played their only December home game on Wednesday night and made the most of the home court advantage, defeating Sheffield by a 65-37 score. Coach Dave Kiehl’s Lady Wolves scored the final 10 points of the first half to break open a tight game and went on to win to even their record at 1-1 on the season.
