Advice is given on handling violent patients

Nurses and staff at Kane Community Hospital should be prepared to face patients who become violent or aggressive.
"You have to be on your 'A' game all the time," State Police Trooper Bruce Morris said Wednesday in presentations at the hospital cafeteria. "You need to recognize signs of violence."
