Couple plead 'no contest' in child-starving case

The Hoopers allegedly withheld food as a form of punishment.

SMETHPORT – A Mt. Jewett couple have entered "no contest" pleas to charges linked with the alleged withholding of food from three adoptive children as a form of punishment.
