WETMORE TWP. – There was a shuffle in leadership at Monday evening’s Wetmore Township reorganizational meeting. Prior to the regular monthly meeting, supervisors Steve Dyne, Bill Ryding and Elaine Bodistow held the annual required reorganizational meeting.
After Ryding was appointed temporary chairman, Bodistow asked if he would be interested in serving as permanent chairman for 2014. Ryding agreed and was unanimously selected to the position. Bodistow then nominated Dyne for the position of vice chairman, which was approved, leaving Bodistow to continue serving as the township’s secretary/treasurer. In addition to serving as vice-chairman, Ryding requested that Dyne serve as the township’s roadmaster. The three supervisors agreed that improved communication was a goal for the department in 2014.
