Elkers use big 3rd quarter to break open game with Wolves

The visiting Ridgway Elkers trailed the Kane Wolves boys’ basketball team 9-8 going into the locker room at halftime. Whatever the Elker coaching staff said during the break must have sunk in, because Ridgway came out and outscored the home team 21-10 during the next eight minutes on their way to posting a 42-24 win in the Wolves’ Den on Wednesday night.
