Anderson places 3rd at Indoor Track and Field State Championship

Kane senior Nick Anderson is pictured with Coach Tom Cecchetti. Anderson finished third in the PIAA Indoor Track and Field Championship Meet, held this past Saturday at Penn State with a jump of 14'.

Kane pole vaulter Nick Anderson cleared 14 feet to place third at the Pennsylvania Indoor State Track and Field Meet held this past Saturday at Penn State University. Anderson had good clearances on his first attempts at 13’6” and 14’ to place third. The winner of the event was Chris Stone from Springfield who cleared 15 feet. Second place went to Ryan Wilkes of Valley View.
