Airport board hires firm to seek tenants for building

The board acted Wednesday to approve a marketing agreement with a company that will seek tenants for the building. The Minard Run Oil Co. now occupies two of the four “cells” in the complex.

LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP—The Bradford Regional Airport Authority is hoping a major real estate company will be able to stir up interest in rentals for its multi-tenant industrial complex.
Acting at a meeting Wednesday at the airport on Route 59 in Lafayette Township, the authority approved a marketing agreement with Recckio Real Estate and Development of Williamsville, N.Y., a suburb of Buffalo.
