Ground is broken for new housing office building

Photo by Ted Lutz – A ground-breaking ceremony Thursday marks the official start of construction for a new three-story office building at West Main and Fulton streets in Smethport.

SMETHPORT – A ceremony Thursday marked the breaking of ground for a new Smethport office for the McKean County Redevelopment and Housing Authority.
"A Partnership In Housing, Inc.," a non-profit organization, is the developer of the building. The three-story building will house the Redevelopment and Housing Authority and another tenant-- The Guidance Center of Bradford.
