Visitor Center to double tourism at Kinzua Bridge State Park

June 18, 2014

Photo by Ted Lutz – The state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) held an "open house" Wednesday at the Mt. Jewett Fire Hall to generate ideas from the public for exhibits at the new Visitor Center at Kinzua Bridge State Park.

MT. JEWETT – Ground will be broken this summer for an elaborate Visitor Center at the Kinzua Bridge State Park near Mt. Jewett.
Linda Devlin, executive director of the Bradford-based Allegheny National Forest (ANF) Visitors Bureau, can't wait.
"I'm really excited this project is moving forward," Devlin said Wednesday. "It's the next step for development at the park."
