8th Art in the Wilds is set for Evergreen Park in Kane

Photo by Ted Lutz – Marilyn Blackmore, director of a volunteer committee that plans the annual Art in the Wilds in Kane, is ready for the event to begin next weekend in Evergreen Park. Art in the Wilds will be held Saturday and Sunday, June 28-29, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. Admission is free.

What has become Kane’s biggest attraction of the year is slated next weekend at Evergreen Park.
The 8th annual Art in the Wilds will be held Saturday and Sunday, June 28-29, with artwork on display from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days, rain or shine.
There is no admission charge. Parking also is free.
More than 5,200 are expected to attend Art in the Wilds, which always coincides with Kane High Alumni Weekend in June.
