SMETHPORT – The McKean County Commissioners approved the acceptance of an offer from the Kane Area Revitalization Enterprise to purchase the property at 316 Chase ST. for $250 from the McKean County repository. The property formerly was an addition to Papa Nick's restaurant and prior to that was the site of the Knights of Columbus.
