Lantz Corners sewer construction project nearly complete

July 14, 2014

The Hamlin Township supervisors heard Daniel Slagle, the engineer of the Lantz Corners Sewer Construction Project tell them that it is approximately “94 percent complete.”
The project was started in August of last year and is nearing the inspection and hook-up phases.
Slagle recommended to Chairman Jim Trussell and Supervisor Dave Okerlund, who were in attendance, that Township Secretary Nickie Wheatley-Causer begin sending out “notice to connect” letters. Affected homeowners will have to complete the application, submit the $750 fee per EDU and have their hookups inspected.
