Kane Tornadoes hold flag football competition

The Kane Tornado Football team held its first ever Flag Football program this summer. More than 40 young players took part in the five week program, which culminated in a competition on Saturday, July 12. Football practice for the contact teams will begin on Monday, July 21.

The Kane Tornado midget football team held its first ever flag football program this summer for players ages six through 11. Tornadoes head coach Jerry Milliron proposed and coordinated the program, which ran for five weeks and culminated in the First Annual Kane on Kane Flag Football Competition, which was held on Saturday, July 12 under blue skies and sunshine.
