RIDGWAY – Less than a year after authorizing the release of $800,000 in Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) funding to the Ridgway YMCA Revitalization Project in Elk County, Governor Tom Corbett on Saturday evening paid a visit to the construction site.
